Caregiver Substitute

Angie’s List is searching for a Daycare Substitute to fill in for full-time staff at our on-site daycare facility on on-call bases. Qualified candidates will be able to provide the following: criminal history check (directed by Angie’s List), substance abuse test (directed by Angie’s List), physical exam/TB test (directed by Angie’s List if not current), current First Aid certificate (would like for this to be completed before hiring but is required by state within 90 days of hire), Current Universal Precautions certificate (valid for 1 year) before hire or within 30 days of employment, Current Infant - Child/CPR certificate. Angie’s List is looking for a PPC Marketing Analyst with minimum of 3 to 5 years of online experience, B2C experience required, and subscription-based product experience a big plus. Must have experience directly managing Pay Per Click campaigns including bidding and daily campaign management. Experience with Google PPC required; Yahoo, MSN and others preferred. Overall, candidate must possess an analytical mindset with strong quantitative and online marketing skills. Experience with Access and Excel is a must. Daily Responsibilities include: Manage paid search campaigns across multiple engines to ensure the company’s specific goals are met; Keyword generation, testing, bid management, landing page optimization, budget management etc; Research, collect, and analyze data, leverage internal and external resources, and data sources to report on successes and actionable opportunities for the paid search program; Utilize bid management tools and data modeling to maximize the effectiveness of PPC campaigns; Generate and disseminate campaign performance reports to wider team; Manage relationship with third party bid management partners to effectively and efficiently allocate budget across search engines and terms to maintain performance success.
