Member Sales Representative

Angie’s List is searching for sales professionals who expect to earn $50,000 annually (with no cap on earning potential)! Our growth demands that we recruit and retain only the best of the best! We are currently seeking seasoned phone sales professionals, although qualified sales people with no phone experience are also encouraged to apply. As a sales representative in our inbound call-center, your roll is to sell memberships to prospects who are already interested in subscribing to our service. Ideal candidates will have significant sales experience. They also will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be self-motivated, customer focused, and pc-savvy. Daycare

Part-time Daycare Assistant

Angie’s List is searching for a Part-time Daycare Assistant in our corporate daycare facility. This caring and enthusiastic professional will care for our employees’ little ones. Qualified candidates will have a high school education and prior experience working with infants through pre-school ages, as well as strong communication and interaction skills. Ideal candidates must be able to provide all state required documents: proof of age (over 18), Criminal History Check, substance abuse test, physical exam/TB test, First Aid certificate (current or to be completed within 90 days of hire), Universal Precautions Certificate (current or to be completed within 30 days of hire). Responsibilities include: daily care for infants 6 weeks to 5 years (diapering, feeding, educating, etc), assisting the lead caregivers in implementing lesson plans, supervising indoor and outdoor free play, preparing morning snacks and lunch, and cleaning and keeping the kitchen area organized. This part-time position will work three five hour shifts per week, with the potential for more hours.

Angie's List is seeking a Senior Software Engineer. This position will be based out of the Angie's List Indianapolis headquarters. Qualified candidates will possess the following skills: commercial web development; ORM Framework experience (NetTiers, Subsonic, CSLA.NET, etc.); RDBMS (SQL Server experience would be a plus); design patterns; Agile and Waterfall SDLC; test driven development (NUnit would be a plus); Subversion and/or Git (preferred); FxCop (preferred). Required languages include: C# / ASP.NET; XHTML / CSS; Javascript / AJAX / JQuery; TSQL. Required experience and education includes: B.S. and/or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent; at least 5 years experience in website application engineering and / or architecture.

Angie's List is seeking a Junior Software Engineer. This position will be based out of the Angie's List Indianapolis headquarters. Qualified candidates will possess the following skills: web development; MVC Pattern; RDBMS (SQL Server experience would be a plus); Subversion and/or Git (preferred); FxCop (preferred). Product Development Manager

Angie’s List is looking for a dynamic Product Developer with experience in a b2c environment. Primary responsibility will be to conceive of and implement new website features that will enhance the overall Angie’s List member experience. Responsibilities Include: Collaborate with department managers across the organization to develop new and useful products for our members. Serve as marketing lead in managing, measuring, tracking and reporting on ROI of new products. Work closely with IT to determine project priority, scope and delivery. Ideal candidate will possess: Strong product management background. Ability to gather the support of organization-wide resources. Ability to understand and analyze marketing campaign testing protocols and ROI calculations. Strong writing skills. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience; 6-8 years experience with marketing programs in a communications or online environment.

Angie’s List is searching for an experienced National Advertising Sales expert within the print and online disciplines who is familiar with the latest forms of print and online media. Responsibilities include; influence, sell, and execute our National Advertising process; originate new business as well as maintain/grow the inherited portfolio of high profile accounts; understand and employ multiple analyses including cost and price analysis, ROI, cost/benefit as a consultative role with corporate media buyers and marketing constituents; thorough understanding of print and web advertisement vehicles. Ideal candidates must posses the following skills/attributes: 3 + years of national advertising sales experience (preferably with national corporate-owned and franchisee-owned service companies), bachelors degree, natural presenter, goal-driven, poised negotiator, highly organized, Microsoft proficient (especially Excel), and efficient multitasking.

Our Advertising Sales Reps are paid on a draw with all income being earned through commissions, which are attained on Contract Value, Activity and Consistency. Our Advertising Account Managers are responsible for retaining and growing our existing client base by managing all aspects of the business relationship, including providing exceptional customer service, developing relationships, managing collections and growing the relationship by identifying additional business opportunities.
