Part-time Daycare Assistant
Angie’s List is searching for a Part-time Daycare Assistant in our corporate daycare facility. This caring and enthusiastic professional will care for our employees’ little ones. Qualified candidates will have a high school education and prior experience working with infants through pre-school ages, as well as strong communication and interaction skills. Ideal candidates must be able to provide all state required documents: proof of age (over 18), Criminal History Check, substance abuse test, physical exam/TB test, First Aid certificate (current or to be completed within 90 days of hire), Universal Precautions Certificate (current or to be completed within 30 days of hire). Responsibilities include: daily care for infants 6 weeks to 5 years (diapering, feeding, educating, etc), assisting the lead caregivers in implementing lesson plans, supervising indoor and outdoor free play, preparing morning snacks and lunch, and cleaning and keeping the kitchen area organized. This part-time position will work three five hour shifts per week, with the potential for more hours.
